Often requested by insurance companies, this 2 day assessment evaluates a client's actual physical abilities. This may be required after a motor vehicle accident, or after a prolonged physical illness, and inablility to work.
After a thorough musculoskeletal exam, clients are asked to lift, push, pull, carry, climb stairs, etc, while being observed by a Matheson trained examiner. The results of the test are used to determine fitness for return to work, level of disability, or suitability for rehabilitation.
